Immersion cold bath & sensory showers
The best feeling of post-sauna relaxation can only be achieved by combining the cold. Indeed, the cold immersing bath for the bravest or the sensory showers make the effect of the sauna optimal and really useful.
Experienced sauna users descend into the plunge pool for approx. 10 seconds, breathing out and in again calmly.
After emerging from the (depending on the season) between 6°C. and 11°C. cold water, we recommend a warm, ankle-high foot bath at about 40°C. People with high blood pressure should proceed with caution.
